Sorry, I am literally fumbling through my words for the entirety of this 7 minute review! I am truly at a loss of words for the second to last film of the Fast franchise! It was undoubtedly the best film in the series that shelled out the hardest punches in terms of car chases, action scenes, girl on girl fighting, and the storyline. If you don't believe how excited I am, just watch my review, I am going ape-shit! I am truly sad that Sung Kang won't be returning as Han in the final installment but hopefully they can surpass this film and go out with a BANG!
Salo, or the 120 Days of Sodom (1975, Pier Paolo Pasolini)
I had absolutely no expectations for Star Trek Into Darkness in terms of it being one of this year's biggest blockbuster. It wasn't on my MUST LIST or anything but another summer spectacle that was worth seeing. Little did I know that it would be one of the best summer films of this year! With such intricate story construction, character dynamic, and a compelling villain, I was blown away to pieces. It was truly one of the best films I've seen with a villain worthy enough to match and challenge not only Captain Kirk but ourselves. DEFINITELY A MUST WATCH NOW!
Midnight in Paris (2011, Woody Allen)
Kathy: It's been two weeks since I lost him. I've been given my notice now. My first donation is in a month's time. I come here and imagine that this is the spot where everything I've lost since my childhood has washed out. I tell myself, if that were true, and I waited long enough, then a tiny figure would appear on the horizon across the field, and gradually get larger until I'd see it was Tommy. He'd wave and maybe call. I don't let the fantasy go beyond that. I can't let it. I remind myself I was lucky to have had any time with him at all. What I'm not sure about is if our lives have been so different from the lives of the people we save. We all complete. Maybe none of us really understand what we've lived through, or feel we've had enough time.

I seriously suggest you to subscribe to my youtube channel considering sometimes I forget to upload it onto my blog and then the videos already like 3 or 4 days late like it is now! I usually try to state that when I watch a film, I'm watching it as the target audience as it is usually for them and they are the main critics of that genre. So, it's weird when people are weirded out that I adored Pain & Gain. Yes, I'm not pumping with testosterone but I get in that (weird) Michael Bay misogynistic, monster-pumping, action-loving, mindset and enjoy it! Even if I didn't get into that mindset, this film was undeniably entertaining. Bay is all about pure Entertainment. Pain & Gain is his rare gem like Bad Boys (1995) that humanizes Bay as a person who actually has a humor instead of this money-hungry filmmaker who only does out-of-this-world big budget action films. So go out and have fun with this one cause after this, I doubt he's going to do anything this genuinely wacky and fun!
