Where The Wild Things Are (hhhhhheelllss to the yeah)

Ok, now i got that outta my system. i would just like to say that Spike Jonze is a genius and that i love him for life. He never ceases to amaze me with every project he pursues. And i know this is going to be disgustingly awesome. Now with that said, this is a leaked clip of Where The Wild Things Are which will premiere in 2009.

GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO GO!!!

This is just a glimpse of all the magical things yet to come. So... what do you think?

P.S. I hate how the movie companies always want to take over the filmmakers' vision by reshooting everything. I guess Warner Bros and Legendary are not happy with the actor playing Max Records' role. And they think the film is "too weird" and "too scary" and that the character of Max isn't likeable. Like are you freaking kidding me? They can't possibly expect Jonze to do something thats NOT innovative and weird. Come-freaking-on!

AAAAAAND, i got Choke tickets for the LA Film Festival. So you guys should all gooooo.

UPDATE!: Spike Jonze and WB were upset about the leaked footage (of course) so he released this statement.

* This was a very early test with the sole purpose of just getting some footage to Ben our vfx (visual effects) supervisor to see if our vfx plan for the faces would work. The clip doesn't look or feel anything like the movie, the Wild Thing suit is a very early cringy prototype, and the boy is a friend of ours Griffin who we had used in a Yeah Yeah Yeahs video we shot a few weeks before. We love him, but he is not in the actually film...Oh and that is not a wolf suit, its a lamb suit we bought on the internet. Talk to you later... - Spike Jonze
